@CHRISTIE yeah It looks like they are staying from the back and working up. Also from what I noticed in the main forum, SNAPS said her friend that’s a rep or something says the early accepted 8863ers (ones th3at didn’t get rejected) should receive something within the next 7 days. When you scroll up in this forum, a lot of people said they have projected dates for the 11th or irs will start processing by the 11th. If you look at it, 7 days from Monday makes the 11th so Ihave faith that we should be okay :-)

Keep in mind alot of people accepted on the 30th actually filed on the 29th and earlier. Ive seen very few who filed on the 30th getting a date yet, its still a little early!

It looks like those who filed on the 30th and earlier are getting deposit dates for the most part so I think those accepted on the 31st will get a date within the next day or so. I was accepted late on the 30th so I probably fit more into the 31st group

if no update by tomorrow morning all the irs.. i file on the 30th and my info is showing on the irs web site but it hasnt updated since the day i was accepted so im waiting for monday myself, if no change in the morning on wmr im calling the irs. so my return has been accepted for efile but no dd date or anything yet..

Aren’t those two answers your getting saying basically the same thing? IRS has it, they’re processing it. Should get it within 21 days. They are two different sites, they aren’t going to say the EXACT same thing.

Filed mine and my husband through Tax Act 1/30, accepted 1/30. Submitted his first. Checked WMR this morning 2/3 and I have a DD of 2/7..my husband is still processing..just though I’d share keep hope alive:)!!

Im a 8863 filer I filed january 7 and got accepted january 24 mine still says processing my hope is that they are processing ours and will start issuing refunds on the 11 and 15 which would actually be 21 days for those of us accepted early just a hope and a hunch

First in = First out. At least that’s how it should be. We were at the head of the line and because they screwed up and was not able to process our returns – we are being punished and have to wait???? Exactly what I would expect from a non-efficient government agency. NOTHING EVER MAKES ANY SENSE!!!!

I was accepted 1/25 and still no DD. Still waiting…says 21 days blah, blah, blah. We are people who need our money too! Sh*t!

When I check the status on the site they gave me, It says I have been accepted, please allow 21 days for the money to be deposited, But I go to WMR and it says received and we are still processing. Ray, no this is not the same message. My message doesn’t say anything about requesting additional information it just says to take action and call them. Reading more and more saying that reference # 1541 relates to being flagged for fraud and the need to contact a tax advocate asap. This is bs my return is in no way fraudulent. I’m calling HRB, I paid them good money to stand beside me. Hopefully I am worrying for nothing though but won’t find out for sure until I can speak with the IRS tomorrow.

I’m in the same position. Accepted 1/30 and still processing. My state hasn’t even accepted yet. I filed H&R Block at home.

I have a new address on this year’s tax returns so that could be slowing it down. Yesterday morning I was able to pull old transcripts for my old address. But today I can’t pull transcripts for my old address or my new one. So I guess they’re updating the system.

But it’s driving me crazy all of this waiting! We’re hoping to use the money for our first vacation since our honeymoon 4 years ago! Good luck everyone.

That sounds interesting. It would be especially nice to know why some returns/refunds get processed so quickly even when they were accepted later than others. I would like to know how some people got 2/1 Direct Deposit dates when they only started processing on 1/30.

I e-filed and got accepted the same day (28th), and finally yesterday had a DD of 2/6. Now my personal theory is this; Those with a DD of 2/4 got their refund on Saturday because in order for them to receive it on 2/4 the IRS would have had to deposit them on Sunday which the IRS is closed on Sunday, I think us 2/6ers will see our refund on Wednesday. I am just grateful I’m not stuck in processing and finally have a DD! Good luck to everyone!

I filed on the 26th through H&R Block online. Got an email at 2:42pm on the 30th that I was accepted. I have been processing ever since. I did get a text from H&R Block on the 1st that it was accepted. But I think everyone got one that day from them. I tried to get my transcripts but can’t, it tells me I need to fill out a form or call. The thing is, this year my filing status changed from Married filing separate to HoH and also my address changed. Could this be the hold up, if so how long do you think it will hold my refund up?

Oh I filed with free hr b online edition on 25, I got accepted on the 29 but my email came in on 30th n text from hr stating congrats ur return was accepted on 2/1…..I was able to order my transcript on 2/1 late, hope my timeline is helpful!!;)

Has anyone else received this message about their tax situation. 25er here filed on 20th with Tax Act. Everything the same just did a split disbursement of funds for the first time this year is the only difference. IRS as of Friday said no flags or nothing they saw that would stop the refund, no offsets.

i called the offset hotline and it says they took the child support out of my irs payment dated for feb 6th 2013. i havent gotten a DD date yet but the hotline says a future date. I wonder if i will see it in my bank that day.

Just an update here. For those of u who have the 8863 form, if u are on hold and wish to refile w/out the form best to do so with the same software that u used first.the irs only acknowledges the last return filed. Where as if u use 2different programs, the retufn without the form will get accspted and processed. Then the return on hold will get sent when its time…will put you at risk for fraud audit! Hope this helps :)

Filed with Taxact on 1/20, Accepted 2/1, no DD date yet. I opted to have fees taken via Republic Bank, then Deposited into my Rushcard Checking account. Rushcard is the best, thru my employer our payday is on Tuesdays and my check ALWAYS gets deposited 4 days early on Friday night, 6pm on the dot, so I’m hoping to have my refund deposited early as well..fingers crossed! I’ll update any changes..
