So does WMR say still processing or something else for everyone else?

A refund date will be provided when available.(Note: it has said this from day one, never changed, never had a “status bar” either)
I got a 4464C Which is a letter. WMR never warned me I would receive this Letter. Maybe by Monday, they will state this on the WMR Site?
I just did a Second Request for the Account Transcript since I never received the first request as of yet. So my Guess is when I ordered it the first time that I went to being Under Review.
Thanks for the positive comments! I am hoping to get a DDD soon! I just get nervous when I’m in limbo like now. I filed the 6th as well. And accepted same day. Please update if any of you have anymore changes! I love following this as I now know there are more in the same situation as me! Here’s to hoping for good news for us all, and soon!!!
i claim my 2 nieces and 1 nephews, they live with me. last year i claimed i only claimed 1 niece and 1 nephew but this year my sister dropped me off another one, my sister is a bit of a loser
@pb, is this the first year you have claimed your children? Most of us under review have filed the same, with the same dependents for years?
ugh my return has said under review for a week. i talked to to irs reps first one said no problems and it would be just a little bit longer. the second was from the holds dept. he said no hold no flags no problem and gave me a date of 2/18 for my refund. today i received a letter im being audited i need to send proof of qualified dependent which i have and birth certificates which i also have. does anyone know how long it will take after i fax them the papers?
@kay they were talking about the Tax Topic and I absolutely agree it has to be a glitch! After reading other forums people WMR actually say under review our says processing…I guess we are just in this for the long hall now what is this cp05 that everyone is talking about?
How soon should be able to login to Republic Bank if I have a deposit due date of 2/13
When do there deposits post? Has anyone received there’s that has used used Repubic Bank or Tax Act?
@cbagne thanks for the update, I filed 2/7. around 7pm and.accepted half hour later. did same thing ..hopefully we get a ddd tomorrow !
I have no codes under WMR or the hotline they both say processing as usual… Now the code you that are getting are from the hotline or are you talking about that Tax topic at the very bottom of the WMR screen if so that is just reading material about the refund… I will check the codes for those that have that under the hotline cause i have no clue what they mean…I also see a pattern with the people who filed and early and those to filed on the first two days of tax season… my personal opinion as of today is the letter was a glitch…now The hotline people may really be under review…. but dont flip out cause from what I am reading it can be anything from a math error to like the earlier post someone else claimed a child then a new person claimed the same child… that’s why the codes…. They have been reviewing returns for that reason cause it is very common people sell there kids “not literally” of course but they let someone claim there kids and spit the refund…. and its more common then you would think…EIC gives like 5000 for two kids so that’s one reason why the review… I know that’s not the problem for me cause I have claimed my brat for more than 5 years… I know we are stressing out… i will post back with more info soon
I filed at 2am on 2/6 and within minutes recieved my accepted email, checked wmr right away and already had the first orange bar – then on 2/8 my orange bar disapeared and I couldn’t be found in the system (I almost cried…btw) called a lady at the IRS which told me that when you start processing that’s what happens and not to be alarmed. Later that night (10pm or so) I checked again and my orange bar was back (yay!) and I had the standard “your return is processing…please allow 21 days to recieve your refund” crap. BUT this time i had the code 152 message at the bottom which means I am set to recieve my funds via direct deposit. As of right now I am still processing but seem to be moving in the right dirrection!
I have heard that the IRS does a big update on Sundays so I am hoping to recieve a DDD either tomorrow or Monday but based on the pattern for people filed around the same time as us there seems to be a 4 day pattern. Meaning four days after they are accepted they recieve their DDD and their DDD is usually 4 days after that. SO we should get our DDD around 2/10 and our DDD should be right around 2/14. I hope! I will update when my status does :)
yup same boat at least some of you have a status bar, I never even had that in the past 10 days or whenever they started processing
@mrsdaw I could only order my transcript under my old address but the letter came to my new address… a lot has been happening WOW 11 pages… had class today so I got to catch up…

8. Everything exactly the same as last year. Same dependents, address, and employer.My situation is very similar, Matthew. Filed and accepted 1/30. On 2/6 I called and rep gave me ddd 2/8. Called yesterday and was told this person did not see any date just still processing. No letter, no funky forms normal return for us and close to same amount we usually get.
@robinlynn96 you filed on 2/7 has the wmr update to show the steps along the way. I can’t stand the wait..
How long have you guys had this debt before they decided to take it out of your refunds? I wonder if we can call them and get some kind of payment plan going.

I received a DD date today of 2/13 and it says I may have an offset but it does not say how much. It still shows my full refund amount being deposited. Does that mean they did not take anything?
I called today and actually got a nice rep on the first try. She checked my info and told me the small deposit I received was just my federal withholding. (Which I already figured). She then told me I technically wasn’t under review but my return was pulled because I filed my niece and she was filed by someone else last year. She said my return was in a pile and it’s a possibility it will be examined by a IRS agent within 90 days!! She said its also a possibility that they would kick it out and send out my refund but for right now my return is in some kind of retarded IRS limbo state. Long story short: I’m pretty much fucked until they decide they’re done with me
i havent received a letter yet. when i check WMR i get the same message as floridagirl. i posted what i was told when i called the irs yesterday. ill repost it.
they haven’t asked for any additional info from yet. mine still shows still processing w/the topic 152 ever since 1/30th.
It does state I will receive letter asking for additional information and may only recieve part of the refund. Is this what evryone else got?
@mrscallahan I am sorry that happened to you. Thanks for the Offset Hotline phone # 1-800-304-3107. I called and it didn’t say I had an offset but I wonder if maybe my husband does. Of course it said that could update daily so I have a another phone number to call and check daily.

I got my DDD of 2/13 today also, however there is a mysterious offset that I DO NOT OWE. I never got a letter and the offset hotline has always said (and is STILL saying) that I have no debts. I can’t speak to anyone until Monday though. :(
I’m going to take this money on 2/13, but they will be paying me back the portion they took out. Jerks.

@mrstiff: an offset is when you owe either the IRS back taxes or someone else like child support. They will take it out of your refund and give you the balance. Call 1-800-304-3107 to check.
@mrscallahan what are offsets and how do you check them?
if you’re being audited, you will actually get a letter from IRS saying you’re audited. being reviewed and audited are two different things.
oh sorry, i didn’t know topic 152 was something to worry about. i always have that code ever since i’ve efiled and i’ve efiled for 10 yrs now. but i do have the 152.
Have you checked for offsets?
The offset line NEVER said I had any debt and they still offset my refund. Crazy thing is, I ALREADY PAID THEM! I checked WMR today and have a ddd of 2/13 with a lowered refund amount and this is the first I’ve heard that they were going to offset. No letter, no debts found — even as of TODAY — on the offset hotline.
WTH??
BTW. . .I never got a letter and the offset line has NEVER said I had any debts. I’m really irritated. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
I’m so angry right now. I FINALLY got a ddd of 2/13 this morning (filed 1/29; accepted 1/29), however when I checked WMR, my refund was reduced due to an offset. I had an offset last year that took my entire refund, and I still owed $200ish afterwards which the IRS quickly garnished my wages for (the full amount). I DON’T OWE THEM ANY MORE MONEY! What is wrong with these bafoons?

I don’t have a 151 I have 152 which talks about receiving your money. Did you guys with 151 get a letter in the mail? Or maybe you both have an offset…have you tried to call and find out if that is the case?
I have the 151 code and I received my federal withholding.. everybody i talked to is telling me this means im one of the ones thats actually being audited. is this true? anybody ever had this happen to them before?

Still only received the one bar. No DDD as of 2/09/2013. Filed on 2/1/2013. Accepted at 6:15am. Can’t wait to get the Date.
from reading, i believe they said kinda to the top right corner of the letter.
Where would the cp code be and would it say cp05?
And WMR still says processing
1 w2 same as last year 2 dep EIC CC refund over 7K resequenced and then told letter was sent on the 1st no CP code mines also states 0 there is something wrong here I absolutely think there was a glitch and we need to call Monday to get thoes holds lifted like the other 2 folks did ill be calling early laugh out loud .
I also spoke with 3 agents this past week that said no review , off sets or red flags, I was accepted on 1/31

I filed taxes with a tax lady on the 30. Got accepted on the 31 and i stayed in processing up until this morning. Woke up and got a dd of 2/13. Hope everything goes well. Goodluck to the others.

8.same address for the past 3-4yrsThe only think I did different this year was claim my daughter, she is 3, her mother claimed her for the past 2 years, so that gave me the hoh ctc and made me qualify for the eic this yr. I spoke to 4 reps yesterday. 2 said my refund had a hold and was under review, the 3rd said something about a problem with last years return which i was transfered and found out that was not the problem. Called the 4th time and they looked it up took 30 minutes kept coming back on the line to let me know he was still checking on it. He didnt say anything about a hold or review. Said Im still in the begining of processing and he doesnt see how they could have put it on hold or review so early on in processing. I have not had a status bar since I filed. All wmr and the hotline says is that im processing and a direct date will be provided when available. Oh by the way one of the first 2 reps said they were going to mail out a cp05 next week but none of the other 3 reps said anything about that.
I think there is a glitch in the matrix… lol…. we all have similar timeframes were early filers and are getting more than 7k back….also CTC and EIC… FLAG on the play…. lol…. same thing happen last year…. all of us were prob sent back though the system flagged cause our info was ran twice and poof… review letter… or at least I hope…. i swear if you google this topic one year to the day you will find exactly the same issue… I think the IRS computers went coo coo and started sending out letter for most of the early filers like was said earlier… now as for the WMR review codes…. those people may very well be under review….WHO KNOWS…. still searching for more info… but as of today WMR still says processing….
Do they always take the whole amount you owe?
Just wondering if I will recieve my money before 2/12. paid upfront hoping my bank does not hold til the 12th (Great Western Bank)

Does going from one bar to zero bars with the still processing message automatically mean review will be coming? My sister was accepted 1/31 and a few days ago changed to the zero bars message, but my parents were accepted 2/2 and got a DDD of 2/13 this morning.
Filed and accepted with TT on 1/31. Ordered transcripts 2/7 and woke up this morning with a DD of 2/13.
