@Southern Belle, what can you find out on Taxact webpage?
Ok so that re-sequencing makes sense. I too have been processing since last week with dd date will be provided when available blah,blah,blah. I filed/accepted 1/30. I looked at my return from last year and it took about 16 days from filing to dd. So if by the end of this week nothing then I am gonna call. I will let you guys know if anything updates tomorrow.
WELL AS OF NOW REPUBLIC BANK IS “UPDATING” THEIR SYSTEM I FILED WITH TAX ACT SO IM GOING BACK N FORTH BETWEEN TAX ACT(TA) REPUBLIC BANK(RB) AND THE IRS (WHERES MY REFUND) IM SERIOUSLY GOING NUTS!
Well still nothing for me, I guess I was too impatient and got myself locked out of wmr and now the site is unavailable :/ Looks like I will sleep on it and hope to wake up to some good news! Meet y’all here in the AM. (I’m in MN so I will be here early!)
Both my fiance and I are were e-filed on 1-30-13 by our tax preparer. We both have the standard 21 day bs and the 1st processing bar. This is just crazy! I called and have spoken to 2 very unhelpful phone reps. The 1 told me that it was accepted on the 30th and just still processing. This was last week at the end of the week. I was hoping we’d at least get 1 of our returns by the end of this upcoming week…but it’s looking grim. I’m debating on whether or not I should attempt to call again tomorrow.

This year, I was filed and accepted on the 6th so I wasn’t expecting anything for at least 3 weeks. I was happy to see ppl with ddd ‘s already on my filing date! I just tried WMR and it was down, of course. So, I’ll be keeping my eye on this thread. :).

Drea817. nothing when I call the refund line same 21 day msg, by the looks of things it has a 4 day pattern for the generic msg and it updates to give ppl ddd. That’s just based of the forums ppl left except for the 30/31 group. I have no clue. so let’s hope @ least Monday the big reveal!
I’m at US Bank and my friend who works there said that for dd 2/13 it will go in midnight between 2/12 and 2/13!!!
Drea when I call it says it is processing and I will have my refund Within 21 days. I just want me DDD. Talk about anxiety! Ugh

DD 02.13Took wayyy too long this year. Next year I’ll use someone other than Turbo Tax.
Hopefully I’ll get a DD tonight or by tmw morning, the 11th.
I’ll report back when I get DD, I have a credit union so hopefully they won’t hold it forever.I can’t way to give the hold department a call I’m sure they know about this and will now take steps to give each of us our refunds be sure to update everyone with your call info as I will do the same . Don’t forget to pray tonight and ask God to let you have a understanding rep that can help you cause I’m all sure we really need our refunds in some type of way . I have called a couple times and got different answers from the irs. I was told by the first one that is was just processing. The secound one told me that I have be re-sequenced becuase the system got overloaded on the 30th. Could not give me a date when it was. Friday I talked to a lady that said the I was not re-sequenced. The was no sign that I was and doesn’t understand why I was told that. She said that I was still processing and there was no flags/errors on my account. So I have been given the run around and I am going crazy!!Wmr is down for me. Still. Has been alL day. I’m hoping that means they are updating and updating my status! Give me a DDD IRS!
Wow Mega! You are like the refund tracker guru! :) I tried to order transcripts Friday and couldn’t. How did you find out about this re-sequencing? Is it just a fluke like they gave me my ddd then decided, no lets wait a while on hers?

@NeverGonnaGetIt Thanks for the link…. it didnt say anything about the letters being sent but at least its admission of the glitch… Being that we know now it was a computer generated letter it makes sense… and plus of the magical 2/1 date sounds like they just might have something there… lol

Filed and accepted 1/30. On wed. was given dd date 2/8. Called because it wasn’t there and was told still processing. No bar anymore just 21 day processing msg. Not under review, no letters. Just waiting. It did ease my mind to see someone else on here had a ddd and then went back to processing like me. I hadn’t heard of that happening to anyone else til now.
Anyone here have USAA and receive their refund before the DD? I’m scheduled for a DD of 2/13 but USAA is usually on top of their game so I was just curious if it would come maybe 2/11 or 2/12.

I haven’t even tried the transcript thing, frankly I am scared it’d going to flag me or screw something up so I’m just trying to be patient….
Oh I hope! I just want it by the 15th! I don’t have a DD yet. Just processing but I haven’t been able to get on wmr today. I’ve also tried getting a return transcript and can’t get that either. Same for account transcript. Anyone here with that issue too?

Well I filed/accepted on 2/6 and am still processing…but some of us 2-6’ERS have DDD of 2/14…so it shouldn’t be too long after that!
I just want my orange bar back – ugh I hate waiting!!!!

I filed using HRB home 2/8 at 7:45a, I received a email from HRB saying the IRS accepted my return at 8:05a 2/8. I checked WMR still processing so far. I know it’s early but I just want to track down when I might get a DD.

My bf filed and acc 2/6 got a dd first thing this morning of 2/14,, pretty cool since i been processing since the 1st
Come join! Filed and it was accepted on 2-6 was able to order a return transcript and account as well yesterday got my dd of 2/14 today.

@yvette63 that is what we are assuming because we’ve seen ppl who are actually under review have a code on wmr and hotline. with ours, it is just processing and we haven’t gotten an error code or some kind of irs ref code on both the wmr & hotline. we’ll see…i’m gonna call tomorrow to hold dept and see if i get the same answer.I was only able to look once this morning and like I said no DDD just the generic messages. Havent been able to get on since then….been down. I have not tried to order transcripts or anything as dont wanna get ahead of myself. I will keep trying. I got the topic 152 message like 2 or 3 days ago….but still no date ;( so we will see.
We didn’t get to file till 2/2 with an 8863 form using TaxAct. This is what they sent me when i asked why Indiana still says awaiting acceptance…
States prefer that there is an accepted federal return associated with the state return, therefore if you submitted your state return at the same time, it will also be held until the IRS begins processing the delayed returns.
Which sucks but whatever. I guess they will both be submitted Thursday.

I am not sure what to really beleive on this site. There are so many speculations and hopeful wishing. All is know is that the system will be def. ready 2/14/12. As for those of us who were “accepted” before 1/28/13. I just know i better not have to wait an additional 21 days after the 14 days. I will continue to say a prayer for us early 8863 and for those who have a dd please stop complaing that you still have 2 days and want your bank to release ur money early its pissing me off. Lets hang in there 8863’s!!!!
I filed on 1/24 and was accepted on 1/30. HOH, 3 Dependents, CTC and EIC. One W-2 and a 1099R. The only status I have received was Processing from the IRS with code 152. Nothing more, nothing less.
now WMR is not working :(
I filed 2/2/13, a bunch of nothing on my end too! Checked with SBBT, nothing wmr same old 21 days message. tried to order transcript it says address don’t match, I checked my copy of my tax doc it has the right address ( it’s been the same for 6 yrs!) I’m about frustrated….. Last year i had my taxes on 2/6 filed 2/1. This is sickening. I work my butt off all yr long every year. I lost my job in Dec. Had a little to keep me afloat til taxes or a new job and here we go. Then i see a bunch of people getting ddd’s and i cant get nothing. I am praying it really is being processed and just not posting properly.
No updates Kel. WMR is still down as of now. Hopefully they are updating people status and we can get a DD! Keep us all posted on yours!
okay I woke up this morning with the same generic msg of 21 days here just called didn’t wanna look @ wmr any more update?

So I filed on 1/31/13 with liberty tax (I will never do that again)and was on track the bars filled up slowly and i even got a DD of 02/08/13 well it came and went and no such luck and now the WMR tool has reverted to saying… Your refund is being processed and no yell stat bar no DD and not even it can take 21 days message just YOUR REFUND IS being processed also I read that if I can order my 2012 transcript that it is on the way so I ordered one no problem WTF is wrong with the WMR tool!… UGGGGG
I filed on 1/29 and was accepted on 1/30. I checked the IRS site a few days later to find my refund was scheduled to be DD on 2/7 and to contact if not DD by 2/12. Well 2/7 came and went, now I check the site and it says return received and is now being processed. What is going on? My tax information has not changed in the past five years. My student loans aren’t in default. I hope to see something in a few days but the fact that I had a date and then it disappeared is unnerving. I could use that money today.
