Like I said, once you can order your return transcript you should be on your way to a DDD. If you haven’t received much info, call the IRS number, hit 7 and you will. Get a rep. Say when you log into arm or call wmr it says they have no record of you. That’s what I did.
Ugh :( I was so positive that I would see some change this morning but woke up to the same processing message! I think I am going to cry…lol

I’m going to go by the “when you can order your return transcript then you will get a DDD soon” rule. Was able to order that yesterday and today woke up with a DDD. Stay positive guys!

I was accepted and filed same day….2/6….i can get on….with same darn message as always….and i can’t order either transcript…..ugh
Filed 2/6/13 EIC, single, with a filing status change after 9 years.Accepted 2/6/13. Called this morning got dd date of 2/15. Went from processing to processing with tax topic 152 on 2/12/13.Also was able to order return transcript on 2/12/13
Haven’t checked mine yet, but they say it goes back to processing once the funds have been sent.

I also received the 2/15 date. Was unable to use the app or the website and was about to give up hope for the day, but decided to call the wmr hotline. Solo relieved right now.
Yaaaay, I finally got a deposit date this morning of 2/15/2013…never ordered any transcripts. I am very happy to see this..will keep u posted on if I get the deposit on time. Good luck to the rest of you. FYI my file/accepted date was 1/30/2012.

Still Processing here. I read on the facebook page that alot of people filed/accepted 1/30 &1/31 but when they called they got resequenced and didn’t really get accepted until like the 8th. That sucks. I will keep checking daily and if nothing new by next week then I may give them a call.
Ok just checked and now I got being processed again, hope the system is just messed up

As of 2.11 about 10:30pm I was able to order transcripts. I couldn’t do it 5 hours prior.
I checked at 5 AM 2.13 and my DDD is 2.15
I never saw a “still processing” statusMine is 2/14. I’ve seen some post a dd of 2/15 and 2/18 also.
There are many individuals that ordered transcripts and received their DD the next day or so. It’s been a common practice this year and I have to say it is accurate. I’m still stuck in the damn processing loop.
@sparkle if that was the actual case I would of had my dd by now. I ordered BOTH transcripts the 4th got them yesterday and still nothing.
I filed via turbo tax 2/7 accepted 2/7 processing since then also
I was able to order transcipts yesterday.
My state still says pending also…but it is as so we know how they are with cash.

I filed with tax slayer and was accepted on Jan 25th. This is the first change I have seen on Wmr since my initial acceptance.
F/a 1/30. Married joint, one w2, eic, 4 dependants. Still 21 day message. Still no transcripts. Called hold dept today to make sure all was ok. She verified it was received but had not even STARTED processing yet :( no projected ddd
@malawong62 You will receive your ddd within the next 1-2 days. The ability to order a Return transcript is a good sign. GL!!

Im hoping for at least some time this week. Was hoping for at least Thursday but I guess I should be happy to get it at all at this rate!
I have been on the phone with the irs pretty much for the majority of the lsat 2 days. I filed on the 17th, accepted the 30th, and been in processing hell ever since. No letter or anything. I talked to multiple people, some told me I was fine, others told me there was some mysterious ‘hold’ on my refund. Finally a lady today told me I am being reviewed, she said nothing about having a letter being sent at all, and said to wait up to 60 days from today for anything to happen and that the irs is just checking out the information on my refund. (hoh, 3 dependents, same everything as last year). I spoke to an advocate today that put in an application for me to have my return expedited because of financial hardship. (I won’t go into the hairy details but there is financial hardship I assure you)…Looking for help and hope, anything to keep me going. I don’t know whether to call back tomorrow to see if there are any new developments or to just try and forget about all this for a couple weeks. (as if that’s even possible!) Please guys, ANYTHING! Thanks.

Not to be bearer of bad news but I have been on the same processing message with the Topic 152 message since the 6th….so I cant say the whole 4day thing holds much truth. Maybe for you it will though :) I am about over it all….no updates at all and No point in calling to get the whole 21 day spill over the phone! Ill check in morning again!
Did you know you were in review before you called the tax advocate? Some of this don’t make sense to me at all. There are thousands of divorces every year. Are they seriously going to flag anyone who gets a divorce and has dependents, when there status changes? That is such bullshit.
no it will not trigger a review. I am in the same boat as you. I still can’t order transcripts (f/a 1/31) but on wmr this morning it did update to “Still” processing” and a date will be given when available. SMMFH
Hey guys! I am sorry for the mis-information. I have the topic 152! But, in what I have been hearing, it is a four day process from step to step (4 days to processing, 4 days to approved, four days for DDD and 4 days to get the refund). As far as mine is going, that stands pretty correct. It took me 4 days to actually get this message so, I’m thinking in four days or so (maybe 5) I will have a DDD and then another 4-5 days and should have the refund. This will put me at the 20th-21st which is what the IRS rep told me yesterday, that my refund should be deposited by that day.
Also, I was finally able to request both account and REFUND transcript. By going off what I have heard, once you are able to get the account transacript, that means your refund have been processed and when you are able to request the REFUND transcript that means your refund was APPROVED and will be receiving a DDD fairly quickly.
I am now going to go on the 4 day rule so I will be expecting 2 orange bars and a DDD by this FRIDAY! YAY!

I want to request my transcripts to verify whether my return has been processed, but I am afraid it will trigger a review if it is not already under review. I filed 1/31, accepted 1/31 and still in processing as of 2/12. Called for a status today and got the 21 day spiel. I am considering calling the hold line in order to get more information. I live in Illinois and was told by the state that with limited resources it would be a while, but yesterday got a notice from them that it has been processed and just waiting on a DD date. That has never happened before, ever.
I filed 1/31. Pulled for a review on the 1st. I called and talked to a tax advocate yesterday. I files as HOH this year so this was an automatic red flag.

I have filed married jointly for the last 9 years. Same dependents as last 6 years.
I guess the IRS now has to verify that I qualify for HOH.
could be another 4 weeks. BummerMy deposits never show up until almost 5am central time, so be patient!

i dont think the phone monkeys at the irs no anymore at this point then we do… they have a script that they have to say and thats what they go by
I agree with you also Matthew and Trob… this is confusing and I find it funny the 2 times I called asked generic questions.. 0 debt indicators, 0 flags, no holds, everything is processing fine… I then say well why did I receive a 4464c letter… hold on please sir… then they come back with something. They should be able to inform me if I am really under review. I should not be informing them. Other people have received messages on WMR stating a review where I just always had the 21 day message until this morning when A refund date will be provided when available.
@Matthew, I agree that they just want to get you off the phone. How else can you explain the reps telling me every time I call there is nothing wrong its still processing, blah blah WMR is correct until I tell them that a rep last week told me I was under review. Then they say, oh, ok, I see the letter was mailed out give it 45 days. What, they couldn’t see it before? I’m not sure if I even am under review or if the letter is just a computer generated letter from a glitch in the system. If WMR is correct like the reps claim why doesn’t WMR say I’m under review? They can’t answer that. Or tell me why I’m under review. Sorry, just venting lol
I really hope so this has went far past ridiculous… seem like last week they had a major update for a lot of people on Wed… I hope it is for us too…

Btw, if you had to put, say, a percentage on it, how much do you believe in what an actual IRS Agent is telling you on the telephone? The delay excuses, etc…, seem to mostly be a bunch of standard responses to appease folks calling in and get them off of the phone as quickly as possible.

someone talked to IRS rep and they said when that message appears no reviews or questions are there..Maye this is over—god i hopeyour return is still being processed… a refund date will be provided when available….lol no DD yet sorry for the delay I didnt think it posted cause I got an error afterwards (on here not the site) I am going to check the mail in as soon as i finish my homework.. ill be off n on

I still have no update on wmr but I was finally able to order transcripts this morning, hopefully this is good news. I am glad to see that little bit of progress.
At this point I think we all are confused…My refund status also changed yday and still has not said anything about a review (Thank goodness) I guess we really wont know anything till the WMR updates

my feet hurt from walking everywhere..funny instead of fixing my POS car when it broke 2 weeks ago i junked it–wish i never did that because its been hard..@etrianos No need to be rude…obviously everyone joined this forum for 1 reason or the other either their status said “under review” or they got a letter which stated under review or were told under review everyone is updating as they find out information we are by no means the IRS so if you want answers you need to call as we have been doing and then update us as well
I filed 1/18, early acceptance 1/25- up until this morning on WMR I have had the generic 21 days message and one orange bar. I now have no bars like people are mentioning and it says a date will be provided when available.

Hello is there anyone who has recieved a direct deposit date after Feb 13.
I was told by a rep I am under review, still no letter, and WMR doesn’t give a code just that its still processing…..
I am still processing…so confusing! Are we under review are not. Do I believe WMR or the letter?? So many questions and NO ANSWERS!!

After 2 weeks i changed from one orange bar processing give it 21 days to.
ur refund is still being processed, date when availiable. no orange bar….
mix feelings but i think its good.
