I filed 1/30 due to IRS error I wasn’t recognized in the system until 2/8 however no can tell me why I showed up on WMR 1/31… Long story short, woke up today with DDD 2/21.

I han’tchanged since wednesday when i got the still processing..means that they have more then 21 days…
I tried to call too many times andthey are sooo mean and unsimpathic…
thoses w/ courage let me know what happens..

I can log into their website and have been able to from day 1, my question is do they actually deposit into your bank on your DDD or is that the date that the money gets sent to the
That’s a good sign flashedbios, I’ve read other peoples post that say that a DDD is coming soon if you are allowed to order transcripts. One lady in the tt forum said she received her dd today and was accepted on 1/23. Someone already posted her screenshot on this forum for proof. My screen changed today to “your return is still being processed…” after having the allow 21 days etc. for several weeks. Not much progress but a glimmer of hope.
I was able to order tscripts this morning. no update yet on wmr
My WMR changed yesterday from the proccessing 21 day message to: we are still processing your refund, a date will be provided when available. It’s still the same today. Ugh!
Ordered transcripts on Feb 15th. Got a ddd on Feb 16th. DDD is Feb 21st.

I also got my DDD of 2/21 today….Fingers crossed and I’ll let you guys know if it really shows up then or not..Stupid Holiday…we probably would have got it even sooner…Well actually I am just relieved to have gotten a DDD.

Finally got my dd date. It’s the 21st, exactly 21 days from the day I filed. I hope it shows a little early like it did for some others.
I filed 2/8 ordered transcripts 2/15. Woke up 2/16 with a DDD of 2/21. Hang in there you guys, it’s almost over!
This is my first time and I’m going to do my best to make it my last lol
I’ll update you guys if I hear anything. Unfortunately I haven’t yet.I was able to order my transcript and did about a week ago but I have not received it yet. WMR still gives the processing message with one orange bar. Nothing new there. This is my second year filing injured spouse. How many times have you guys filed injured spouse?

Good morning all :) I am a happy camper this morning. Woke up to a DDD of 2/21!!!! It took 21 days for them to process my return. Filed/accepted 1/31. Just so grateful that I don’t have to wait 7 months like last year! Hope others wake up to great news this morning as well!
Filed and accepted on 2/7, called yesterday and have been resequenced..really hope to see a DDD pop up on wmr soon! Lady said it could take up to a week or more or less..really hoping it’s less. I noticed many are getting the date of 2/21, really hope I get in on the magic of that day or the 20th..both seem to be popular with people filing before the 9th, those after seem to be getting a 2/25 date.
Just looking for hope. Thank you all. Accepted 1/24 still processing a dd will be etc. Etc. Etc.
I did talk to the examinations department as when I talked to refund holds department they said they did see a hold but not from them. I was transferred to another line where the guy said they were just going to verify some information that is stated on the 4464c letter. He did not know how long it would take though. The examinations department said it is not in their department as it is not finished processing yet even though I was able to order my account transcript on Thursday for the first time.
I still have the your tax return is being processed A refund date will be given when available. My 21st day is on the 19th so guess I will be talking with my advocate on Tuesday.
Here is my story ..Filed 1/30 accepted 1/30 Filed the same way I have for the past 5 years 3 dependents EIC . Have been stuck in processing hell since … No holds no special forms it is like they just keep skipping over me. I have had no updates what so ever on WMR or on the phone line still same 21 day processing crap … Well Next week my 21 days is up and I better get a DDD date ..I see people on here that filed early last week and have their money already ..at this rate all the 8863’rs will probably have their $$ before I get mine .. Hoping for an update soon Can”t even get a return or account transcript .. FRUSTRATED to say the least :(
I was able to order my account transcript Thursday night at 11. Checked this morning and I still can’t order my return transcript and I still have reference code 9001. Smdh

menu with my new address so I knew it was
processed. Only would come up with last years
address prior to this. Didnt have to order.

Filed 2/8 accepted same day. Ordered transcripts 2/15 got a DDD 2/16 of 2/21!!! YESSSSS IT’S ALMOST OVER!
Which is up in 5days…I listen to my transcript over the phone…my refund been approved…whats the hold up
Belltwin05. They did not start processing returns till the 30th even though some were accepted before that. The 21 days are not up for anyone according to the IRS till the 21st FEB
Update – Accepted on 2-10-13 and just got a DD date of 02-21-13…
Still no DD, 48hrs after being able to order my Return Transcript and 4days after receiving “A refund date will be Provided when Available”… And 3days b4 my 21days is Up….Everybody i know has their Refund and they all filed after me…Filed 18th..Accepted on the 24th

Filed/accepted 2-5 stuck on processing … With 1 bar … I stopped checking for transcripts yesterday … Hoping to wake up to a ddd in the morning or a dd would Be great too!!!
oh and the 152 code about the refund is now gone also…..
WMR finally states the amount of my refund. NEVER said the amount before on there. Tax period ending Dec 31, 2012 was the last thing on the left side now it shows my amount under that.

Ok he generated a letter and said that we should get a phone call from the IRS on what they will need from us with in 3 work days (monday being a holiday) so we should here from them on or before Thursday. We shall see…….
He didn’t see anything that would make them select us for review. Especially since nothing changed from last year to this year and we have a simple return.
I asked about the April 11th date on the paper saying it would be done by then and he said some reviews wont be done until after that date :O what takes them so long?I am on hold. He said he is generating a letter to send over to the review department to try and speed things up.

On the phone with the tax advocate. He says he doesn’t see anything they could possibly be reviewing. Our return is the EXACT same as last year down to a T. The income amount is only $300 difference and the refund is only $198 difference…….

Okay to fix what I said previously. I got my letter today. Code CP75 tax year 2012 notice date February 18, 2013. It states: we’re auditing your 2012 form 1040A. We need us to send you information to support items you claimed on your tax return. We are holding the Earned Income Credit (EIC) and/or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) portion(s) of your refund pending the results of the audit. Be sure to respond within 30 days from the date of this notice or we’ll disallow the item being audited, and you may owe additional tax.
Then it gives me a bunch of info on what I need for proof. Nothing has changed in the past few year which before that the only thing is a change of address 3 years ago. I just want this to be over and want my money but it looks like its going to be a while. Ugh!
I have still received no letter. I have been told I am in review but not what for, and wmr showing still processing with topic 152. I filed on the 30th. I think things will start looking up for a lot of us this next week I think the irs is just behind….a girl I work with said wmr TOLD her she was in review last year…she never called the irs or recieved a letter. 3 weeks later she had her refund.
I still got an advocate and sent her everything I needed to her today. (I assumed that would be the same information another poster on here was advised to send to their advocate…so I went ahead and sent it all to her even though we have never actually spoke I just missed her call yesterday and called her back and got her fax # from her vm.)
I really hope this works out for all of us soon!

I got my I got my letter in the mail today tax yea tax year 2012 Februar February 18th 20 is t is the notice date and it states: we’re auditing your form. And it tells me a whole bunch of information on what I need to send them . This is a bunch of b******* nothing has changed for the past few years. Looks like mine is goingto be a while.

UPDATE:** Just got off the phone with a tax advocate… They said that the irs has 45 days from the date the letter was SENT to get you your return and that the IRS is sending a LOT of these letters out this year (CPO5) cause they are backed up and they are buying time to catch up… He also said that he has seen them sent in 30 days from the date… He looked into my return and said there is NOTHING wrong (no red flag, no back taxes, no problem)… To all of you that are fed up with the bitchy rude reps that wont answer questions or even open your file then just call the advocate and they will take care of you, ease your mind, and be polite doing it… Heres the number 1(877)-777-4778
There has to be some kind of petition that us hard working tax payers can get going against this system of screwing us… Give the president something to read while hes on one of his $250,000 vacations!

@HollyD- same exact letter also!!! Im almost positive that its the goverments way to drag thier feet since theyd rather give all our money the 3rd world countries and countries were at war with.. Seems like they are sending this letter to everyone thats not going to get thier taxes on time, I was told by a repat the IRS that they HAVE to give us some kind of response within the 21 day period so that includes either getting our refund or getting a bullshit letter

Filed on feb2nd due to softer glitch at HRB return was sent and accepted on Feb8th. Was finally able to order return transcript today. Hoping for a ddd soon
@txgirl… Lol!!! No, I care not! That’s why I stopped replying. It’s just that entitled attitude that doesn’t make any sense to me. I prefer to look at the glass half full. However, I can see some don’t share the same positive outlook! Thanks for sending some positive vibes my way… I am glad someone with a brain understood my intentions :)
Just want to see how long it takes for deposit from sbtpg to j.h. smartcard…..My funds went into sbtg today at noon, wondering how long it takes for them to be deposited on my card anyone experience this yet?
