@mrsdaw oh, there’s hope!!! did they get ddd from wmr/hotline or from irs rep/tax advocate? i got a 4464 c letter too and haven’t gotten a code on wmr/hotline or another letter for further action. i can be hopeful but don’t feel very hopeful because i still can’t order my return transcript. fingers & whatever can cross (lmbo) crossing for all of us!!
It makes sense that they changed so many from the 21 day message to the processing. The 21 days are up this week for everyone that filed by 2/1. It would be stupid to see a 21 day message when its been 25 days or more. I wish I could look at it positively but I think it’s just the IRS covering its ass. Just another excuse for phone reps not to help us

I got a generic CP05 letter.
And woot one got a ddd now 1000000000000000000 to go LOL@Holly actually I spoke with royjb on the main forum and he got his DDD this weekend for 02/21 he was under review and received the 4464c letter as well so there is some hope…1 of us made it!! Fingers crossed that we will all be singing that same song soon.
I filed with Liberty Tax service unfortunately, if anyone else did with DDD 20,21,22 please update when funds actually make it through the bank and liberty and get in hand, Thanks!
I will be happy when one of us under review gets a DDD!
Then we at least know they are doing something.
I see tons of people under review on here and on facebook tax pages yet, I have yet to see anyone who was under review get a refund or at least a DDD. So what gives? Have they not started anyones review yet?
I mean come on now we are 19 days into the official tax season and no one under review has a date yet.Yah! For you both! Nothing here but I know it’s coming!

I got this out of the IRS code Book7.IMF cycle posting dates will reflect a format of YYYYCCDD. YYYY will indicate the year. CC will indicate the posting cycle. For IMF transactions, the following values for DD are defined:

Thats why I love Netspend! Getting paid early comes in handy! They don’t believe in holding your money. I hope we all get good news tonight or in morning!
I have a ddd for 2/22 to my netspend card…. No fees… I get my paycheck 2 days earlier on it… I’ll be glad if it comes on time at this point … This year refund journey had me pulling out hair !
Anyone have a transcript processing date on their account transcript that has came and went? I am just wondering what that date means.
That’s your 21 dayz date..its refund due date if that date hasn’t ipast if its after then its filred date
I would bet on it being early with Netspend if it has been consistently early the last few years. You can really only compare with the same bank/card. My DD always go in by 10PM the night before the DDD, both paycheck and federal refund the last few years.
DDD 2/21 I have direct deposit with Bank of America…..but have to pay SBBT (Turbo Tax) their fee also.
I ordered my set about a week ago and still javent got them
I ordered two sets of transcripts a couple days apart and it took them about a week and a half to get to me
DD 2/21 I have Netspend. I hope it comes tonight! It came early last 4years witj Netspend.
I submitted 2/28 and was also accepted on 2/14 with form 8863. Gosh! I hope we’re still in the 10 day turn around processing!
When did you order them? It took over a week to get mine in the mail.
I did however just order another one just to see if the date on it changes about processing.Accepted 2/14 through Turbotax. I have heard the you get an original last possible day DDD but then as time goes on they give you an earlier DDD. So far I just have 3/6 with 2/24 being the earliest day to receive DD. I have my DD sending to a prepaid card so that my bank will not hold it until the date. Hopefully I will get it sooner than this day. Will update as I get more info. As of now WMR has one bar and says the generic 21 day message.
i ordered tanscripts,never got- called last week she said inever ordered because im still processing…now i can’t order necause it says i alreadydid…what should i do on this.,
I talked to the IRS last week and they told me that the date on my transcript was the date that they will release it to be paid. He said that for people without IS forms that is the DD and for us it is the date that it will be released for DD. I guess we will see soon since my date is next Monday and I have seen some that have today as the processing date. Anyone called them yet this week?
Good question. Very VERY few of the 8863’ers actually have dates, and as far as I know none have their actual money yet.
@yvette63… I sure hope so… seems as though there were many people who are now processing message. I just received this message last Tue morning and able to order my return scrip on Thursday. I just do not see how they hold so many people so I am hoping theses holds fall off or something positive.
@Deuce, my WMR also changed to that still processing message today after over 2 weeks of the same generic 21 day message. My daughter got the same message last week and got her DDD a couple of days later. I know of a couple of other people this happened to…So I’m thinking maybe its a good sign.
My transcript says 2/18..
Has anyone gotten an update as of today? My transcript has a 2/25 processing date. I noticed some have 2/18 .
I haven’t gotten anything yet. The rumor is (of course not confirmed) that the 2/18 date on our transcripts was the day that reviews are released. God I would love that. I still haven’t even got a letter yet
I also have a DDD of 2/21 and bank with Chase. I have never received my refund any earlier than the day it was to be deposited. I usually see my money in my account around 3 am… So not really expecting it early. Just grateful to finally have a ddd since filing 1/31.
I also have a DD of 2/21. Bank with Chase. Really not expecting the refund till Wednesday/Thursday at midnight though.

I was able to order my transcript but I don’t think that means much. Even after they process the return it has to go through the injured spouse process. I’ve not heard of an injured spouse receiving their refund yet or even having wmr updated past the normal processing message. Who knows if they’ve even began processing injured spouse forms?… For all we know they won’t even start until a later date.I also have DD 02/21 will see if it come in on time

I have a DDD of 2/21. If anyone has one of these DD can you post when you actually get your refund or if you got it early. I use netspend and I was hoping my refund would come early :) good luck everyone!
A lot of people that filed around 31are seeing a change.in the wmr.it now says a date will be given whej they get one and no bars.is anyone ekse getting this now?
It has been said if you can order your transcripts you are closer to getting refund but I don’t think this is true for us.I am on a facebook page just for I s filers and there is some people on thrre that have gotten there transcripts and it tells you a break diwn of your tax refund and coads used and processing date but we haven’t seen yet if this date is actuall date or what.I’m following others on the page so I can see how this all works and we are hoping someone gers there return soon so we can have hope of things moving along quickly.if you have a facebook look up the page. Hello, im new to this site and I just have a simple question. Well I filed 01/27/2013 but I had the form 8863 so it didnt get accepted by TT until 02/14/2013. I called the IRS today and they asked if ive recieved an email from them stating its been recieved. I said no and he same thats wierd hold on. He did some looking and saw my return and said it just hasnt been sent over to the processing side. My question is how long does it take for them to start processing it and how how long does the processing actually take?
What does it mean to get ‘transcripts’? Is this something I should try and get as well while waiting?

I don’t remember waiting this long last year… I had my refund like the first week of February… I guess they’re a month behindWell, I filed on 01/26. Tax Slayer didn’t send the information to the IRS until 02/14. I have a message on WMR of 21 days garbage.. Filed with an 8863. I wonder when we’ll get a DDD. I am hoping for one this week, But who knows.
I had to force myself to stay off this site all weekend hoping I would see some changes.I still have the when available message and I could order the return transcripts as of 2/14. I have noticed that a lot of people now have that date when available message. Lets pray that this is a good outcome for everyone who has it.
Has anyone under review received DD yet or status has changed? My aunt has been under review for about 10 days and no letter or code. Does anyone know what that means?
Anyone have any positive changes today? Not sure DDD were given out today… not seeing anyone with 2/23 DDD as of this morning. Just alot of people getting changed from 21 day to the refund date given when available which I guess is a positive sign unless a ton of people are under review.

i had ordered them on 2/6….and it let me reorder them yesterday and wmr says a direct deposit date will be made when available…

@pb “1242 is a “reserved” delay code. The IRS does not publicize the reason behind it. There are many possible reasons but the EIC seems to be a very common area. If you’ve claimed the EIC and there is anything questionable about the claim your refund will be delayed while the IRS investigates it.”
my wmr now has a reference number 1242. does anyone know what this means? it says to call and mention that code

Friday we were told our refund was done processing but is being held for review and this can still take until April >.< Talked to the tax advocate and he said he don't see anything different from the last few years he doesn't understand why we are being reviewed when even the income isn't that much different.

Still waiting. Status says the same thing with no Orange bar. Been like this since the 2/2. No letter or anything as of yet. I gave up on checking my status. Just makes me mad.
So I was hoping I would get mine early as well over this weekend but no luck. Hoping maybe I can get it at least a day early on Tuesday that way I can go shopping. My DDD is Wed 2/20.

We didn’t qualify for any EIC and I had read some where on here that -that will hold up some returns. Not sure to the reasoning other then checking for fraud.
