I also got a DDD of 2/25 today. Efiled on 2/14, ordered transcripts yesterday.

Ive had the generic 21 days thing up until yesterday when it added the topic 152. I called (800)829-0582 ext 362 waited 12 minutes(it said my wait would be over 15) and i was REALLY nice to the woman. She told me that my DDD is 2-25. Yay! I was able to order both my account and return transcripts yesterday morning prior to calling and now this morning WMR says:
Refund Status ResultsRefund Approved.
Your tax refund is scheduled to be sent to your bank on February 25, 2013.
If your refund is not credited to your account by March 2, 2013, check with your bank to see if it has been received.
I hope this is almost over for all of us. I will update with any changes.

I was accepted on 02/14, ordered transcript yesterday, got a DDD of 02/25 this morning from WMR
i still have not received any transcripts or letter and my wmr messages says they will give me a date when available….irs says its under review and on hold but hold dept not holding it…no code on wmr also…should i call again…???

Finally some movement! I’m a 8863 filer and got accepted 1/26 but was put on hold. Finally got to order my transcript right now 1/20 at 1:14 AM. Hopefully, I’ll get a DD in a day or two

i filed 1/28, wasnt accepted till 2/14, was still processing this morning, unable to order transcripts then this afternoon it went to the “we do not have any info” screen. thats not a good sign is it?!
what proof of hardship did the advocate need
I received a CP05 letter in the mail yesterday does anyone know what that means the letter dated that they didn’t need any information from me so I don’t know what the review is for….
Hi everyone. So I am in the same boat as everyone. I filed on the 30th and then got a 4464c letter in the mail with no code. It was dated 2/5/2013. I did call the holds dept. and the lady i spoke with said there were no holds.
For the whole time i was getting the generic 21 day message, but yesterday it changed to the will give me a dd when available.
Well, today I was able to order a return transcript (finally). IDK if that mean Im done processing or if I am going to see a dd soon but just wanted to let everyone know my story. Hopefully I get a dd soon, then we will know there is hope.
@Ineedmyrefund, No news yet. Same DD (2/21) and using Walmart Money card. I think last year I saw it on time, around 10-11am the morning it was supposed to be here. When I see it ill check back.

this what wmr says “We have received your tax return and it is being reviewed. You will receive a notice from us requesting additional information within 30 calendar days. You may not receive all or part of your refund until we receive and review the information we requested. If you need more information after you receive our notice, call the number on the notice.
Please do not contact us until you have received the notice as we are unable to take any action until then.”….one agent from “holds dept.” says we’re processing another random agent also says processing…WTH!!!

I use Walmart money card….does anyone know someone that has had their refund go on a walmart money card…my dd is suppose to be 02/21 so wanting to know what time somone else may have gotten theirs
My money showed up at SBBT this morning also. They sent it to Chase I hope it will credit overnight.
SBBT also has my refund for fees so I should be seeing my deposit overnight. Such a relief. Congrats everyone.

Have anyone with Wells Fargo received that dd with a ddd of 2/21 yet?
Mine said Feb. 18th. Came and went, and nothing happened. Of course it was a holiday, but nothing thus far. I have called several times and have gotten disconnected when they put me on hold to look up my info. Hmmmmm.
No idea, April 15 is the last day of the tax season. I have no clue what the 2/25 is. I think I am going to call the advocate soon to fine out. If you find out please let me know.
@holly d i have to prove I’m the head of household and prove my kids are mine and they live with me I had to get school records and doctor records because they told me that the birth certificate is not good enough I faxed in all the paper work and now there telling me it can take 2 weeks for the fax to get in the system and OVER 30 DAY FOR THEM TO REVIEW IT
Just talked with Tax Advocate and she told me for 4464c to fax over my W-2, proof of hardship, voided check stub (for tax refund direct deposit), and last paycheck stub. Once she receives that today she will try and get a manual refund and have it within 3 to 7 days. She was way more friendly than any rep I have dealt with.
Me too! I got a processing date of the 25th but was accepted on the 2/1. I am supposed to have direct deposit. Why is this taking so long? I got my transcript yesterday with that 25th date to process and a APRIL 15th due date?? What does this mean??
Hi all…this is my first ever post, although I’ve been lurking on this site for over a week now. We used a CPA this year (loads cheaper than JH) and he sent our stuff in via e-file on the 30th of Jan. We had 1 W-2, married filing jointly, EIC, and 2 children-one born in early 2012. It was a sizeable return, just over $9000 because my husband opted to have more taxes taken from his wages so we could get this big return. As per the WMR website, I waited a full 24 hours to check my status, and it was showing as accepted, processing, 21 days, blah blah blah on the 31st of Jan. And it stayed that way until this past Monday morning (2/18), when it changed to Your return is being processed, a refund date will be given when available! We’ve had nothing about a review or a problem or anything, called and spoke to an IRS rep who, true to form, gave us the generic ‘we can’t do anything until 21 days are past’ shpeel, but DID tell us if there was a problem that WMR would show it. STILL can’t order transripts (neither account or return) as of this morning and tomorrow is the magic day of 21! I’ve noticed that alot of people are still waiting, but most are at least able to order transcripts?? As luck would have it, we desperately need this money (like most everyone else) and since we need it so badly, it’s NOT COMING!! :-(

he told me it looked like they were trying to verify my income…last year, 2011, i started my job..had a little unemployment…total income was only 4k..
well i’ve had this job all year…16k income…4x income, no withhnoldings..i never have withholdings bbut the increase in comne from the same job flagged me…guess i’m being punished for working more. Lame.I asked him about my dependants if hge wanted proof of them..he said NO!, only flag is income..
My point is this..i have come to a conclusion…
We all got flagged but for a reason, however small or pointless..The system is very sensitive i guess and change is bad, even if it betters your family..I have to wait and get a copy of my last years pay stub from are payroll department ikn another state..fun like a week i’m sure..
going to fax him my disconnect notice though tonight..he said he would give this information to them in the morning and call me back..

Says they didnt start processing those until 2/14 n the earliest to expect a refund is 14 days from that date.
You can order transcripts on the IRS web site. The theory is that if you can order the return one it is done processing. If you can and then order the account transcript it might give you more info. I have mine and it has a processing date of 2/25. I have been told that is my DD date but who trully believes what the IRS says.
Thats not true….if they make us wait until then I will literally die… 25th
Republic Bank received my refund as of this morning and it says it has been sent to my bank. Nothing showing up in my bank account yet though….hoping later today but I am sure it will show up in the morning.
I have been getting the error or “You have entered the incorrect info” from WMR for the last 7 days. Needless to say, I worried me with each day that went by and I could not get any information. When I first filed using TT it was accepted within hours but the bar never moved from there. Two days later I started getting the error message. I called the WMR phone number and same thing. After I checked again today it still gave me the error message. I then went to SBBT to check there and low and behold they recieved my refund today and will be sent to my bank tomorrow. I guess the bottom line is do not put much faith in what the WMR site is showing, or in my case not showing. I have copied what SBBT had posted for my account below. From the time I filed my return to getting refund ( assuming it’s deposited in my account tomorrow) will be 10 days!! I wish everybody luck and don’t worry too much if your getting the error message or no information from WMR website.

I was accepted 2/14 and finally last night (I even tried in the morning and it didn’t work) was able to order transcripts. This morning status stays the same at one bar but has tax topic 152. At least it’s moving somewhat!

Not to burst anybodys bubble but for real we are getting screwed and theres no way that the ignorant ass government is going to give a shit about what us anericans need… Theg want us to be broke and struggle… I have accepted that I wont see my money anytime before 4/15 and theres not shit I can do about it
got this msg since 2/16. no eic or forms. just a basic return. filed & accepted 1/28th. still can’t order a return transcript, just an acct transcript. ordered 1st one on 1/31st & it was all blank w/a processing date of 2/18. so i ordered another one on 2/16 when wmr changed to this status to see if i got any 570 or 971 codes like the others since my first one was all blank & on the bottom it even said no tax return filed lol…oh boy. let’s see what the 2nd transcript says this time.
i got this message since 2/16. i still can’t order my return transcript. when i got my account transcript it was totally blank. so i ordered another one after i saw my wmr status w/no bar. so now i’m still waiting on my 2nd acct transcript since i can’t order my return transcript.
I have a DD of 2/21 & expecting a deposit to my Chase account. I called today and a rep told me they now have a tool to check ACH deposits and can see 2 days ahead but didn’t see a deposit in waiting.
Well I received my refund today around 9am pacific time. I don’t know about all netspend users but i am another taxpayer who got his refund 2 days early. I filed free with TT and I’m sure it would have been delayed, at least a day, if they had to fees out. Anyway, Thank you all for your support.

Every body I know that filed last week has got there money but i filed jan 10 and I GOT A REVIEW SEND PAPER WORK AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED BUT I KNOW SOME PEOPLE THAT HAS NEW JOBS AND A NEWBORN AND THEY GOT THERES WITH NO PROBLEM.The problem is they needed to test out there new system and train employees on there new system and took everybody who filed early and we are being USED
I filed 1/25 and was accepted 1/31. Just about a week ago I received the message that it was processing and a DD will be given when it’s done. Not quite sure, but I never got an e-mail for 2/14 or anything like that.
I filed with a pin this year,sent on the 2/2/13 accepted on the 2/4/13 no return date yet.
Jus got my dd on my netspend card at 8:14 pm PST
