I filed on 1/25 accepted 1/26-
No updates for transcripts- They have a as of date 03-04-24 but haven’t moved since the path lifted. Cycle code is 20240405
WMR- it says – still processing etc. I called them and the guy refused to look at my account. What is going on??Does HRBLOCK use SBTPG too? I have a DD of 2/28 but still showing unfunded!
Hey IS Filers. Who’s still waiting? Filed 1/31 hoping to update sometime next week as it says 3/4 or 4/15.
Mytax turned to zeros on Friday 2/23. Wmr updated to processed today and comptroller said processed as well. Money just came. So only took a few hours. Good luck y’all!

Not able to verify online without letter.
Several IRS calls followed, with absolutely no clarity.
Taxpayer Protection Program line verified 2x my letter was sent 2/13.
Received 5071C letter 2/26- dated 2/21, sent first class from Austin. I’m in AZ.
Able to verify online with magical control #, and 3 questions followed.Update
Spoke to someone today and was told they see the verification process on my system but they see no letter sent . I told him I replied to the letter asking for wages back on 2/14 and again he told me 60 days no update on transcripts and my as of date is 2/26/24 and nothing has changed but he said the department has my information I faxed and to wait ughhh this is so frustrating
I filed on 1/18, was accepted 1/19. No updates to WMR until last week of January, it switched to the delayed beyond normal processing. Then I received a notice through IRS account online that a letter had been sent to verify identity. Received letter on 2/23, it was mailed from Austin on 2/13.
Does anyone know how long it has taken after verifying online for transcripts to update?Anyone else file with JH? Is it worth checking Republic’s taxpayer site to check for them fees being taken? 🤣
Still stuck in green parentheses and the call us in 12 weeks if not no update! Accepted on 02/02

Now that the letters are coming in…. Maybe.. just maybe this week by Friday.. We will see Movement, DDD’s, a Check… at this point a sighting from Big Foot anything… lolol one thing is for sure. Next year I will not file early, you can bank on That!
Yeah I check the mail either way just in case but someone said they seen theirs so I still check like crazy. Not the best year to be delaying our taxes when husband is out on medical leave and I don’t work!
@momof5-2008 I have informed delivery and it didn’t show up on any of my daily USPS emails but it showed up last week.
Congrats!! No letter for me today and looking like not tomorrow either per informed delivery. I’m in GA and mailed 2/13 as well 😑
I started a thread about my letter issue. In short, accepted 1/22, then WMR showed “Action Req’d, verify identity” on 1/27. Wouldn’t work online despite established ID.me account. I got my 5071C letter today. It was mailed 2/13 from Austin, TX. I live in AZ. You can request to have it resent as well.
I am still waiting on my letter from the IRS so I tried to call them again today and was fortunate enough to have spoke with a very energetic young lady. After I told her that I was expecting a notice and that I had not received it. She told me it had not been mailed out yet
at which point I asked if she could see the notice since I could not see any online she pulled it up and explained it to me as best as she could. The notice is a CPO5. Which states that I was randomly selected to be reviewed…. So now I wait.

Ok cool hopefully we get some updates this week. Last few years I always had mine within about 2 weeks of filing and normally get money in my account before WMR says it was sent

I Got My Refund!! (via mail): 2/23/24I called them today got a live agent he took care of my 2023 state refund he said it would be up to 4 weeks also took care of my 2022 state refund as I didn’t receive it last year. He said because I was denied the first time they would mail it and could take up to four weeks as well. My question is will it update in the system tomorrow? and will it really take four weeks?
@latoyam Same here. Still no letter or anything, it’s been almost a month since I found out about the delay, hoping something changes on Friday.
I still see no changes. No letters and same dates. I am daily.
Still no update for me. Filed 2/15. Got my state refund already. Only two of the four transcripts are available and the other 2 say no return filed. Is this normal? I never checked my transcripts any years before this. WMD says it was accepted
No updates for me with the 570 & 971 but I’m a weekly I only update on Fridays

Changed to processing sometime between 2/16 and 2/21 (I was on vacation and not checking)
Finally DDD 2/28 sometime after 3pm today.2/2 Called again today and the agent stated he did not see anything about am online verification.He was helpful and offered to verify again over the phone to ensure I passed the verification process. We went through the steps and he said he was able to update my account as verified and because it’s over the phone, it shows right away. He said sometimes there’s a delay with the online process. Got the 9 week response but said that’s standard and it should be sooner than that.

150 code- Processed tax return w/ future date 3/11
806 code – Credit for taxes withheld / excess FICA w/ future date 4/15
570 code – Hold on account w. future date 3/11 w/ 0.00 (Have seen this for two weeks, no updates)
Cycle code ends in 05 = weekly update cycle
The only difference for me this year is that I won a lottery ticket and paid 24% federal taxes already. Manifesting 846 soon. Will update on Friday or Saturday.Any 570/971 coders receive any updates/anything in the mail?
Still twiddling my thumbs here with zero updates. Did reach out to my local senator who will advocate with the IRS on my behalf, but just received the privacy authorization in the mail today. Still frustrated at this whole experience lol wish the IRS was as fast refunding money as they are taking it

WMR- it says – still processing etc. I called them too. They do not see any letters or notices. However, my notification say verify. They are experiencing serious delays.The agent told me it will be mailed to what is on the current return they want to verify.
Filed 2/1 accepted same day nothing on transcripts nothing on wmr. Wmr still has the 151 code. I’m stressing and frustrated. Talked to the irs they told me nothing was wrong just a waiting game. Never took this long years before. Ugh!!!!!
I guess everyone is good this year? Lol! Just wanted to chime in and say that I filed on 2/19 and finally got an estimated date of deposit for 3/1. Wish federal taxes were this fast 🙄
I filed 1/26 and my as of date stil says Feb 19th but no movement. Still says n/a etc
I filed 2/7 accepted 2/9 (PATHer, funds taken via Fed refund, BoA).
Also updated over weekend with a DDD 2/28
One thing is, Wages & Income transcript still blank with “No record of return filed” even though other 3 all populated 846 date 2/28/24. Does this last transcript lag behind or should i worry.
Side note, my State refund (CA) e-filed 2/7 approved/authorized/issued 2/8 with DD hitting 2/14. Fastest refund ever!My letter was mailed out on 2/9/24 and I received it 2/20/24. Verified online but still no movement. Transcripts still say no return filed and WMR has been stuck on “still processing” for weeks. 1/2
The ID verify is coming up for a lot of people this year. It doesn’t matter when you file. We always file early and have the same issue. Our letter was mailed two weeks after we filed and we are still waiting. We have 5 kids and our youngest is 6 so no difference for 6 years. It says it’s random. An agent was able to tell me when mine was mailed but it was the third agent I spoke to. They don’t all try to help unfortunately.
Any movement anyone ??????
