Good morning fellow refund watchers! Anyone else having issues with ID.me? I can’t get it to verify my account. I’ve tried several times and it says unable to verify.. I guess my next option is to do a video call with them, but I though I’d check here to see if anyone else is having this issue. None of my information has changed, name, address, email etc. Please help! Thank you!

The DDD the TT gave you of 2/22 is the estimated date. That’s 21 days. It is not your actual DDD. However, after the PATH waiting period (Mod February) is over, it very well may be close to that 2/22 date if all goes well with your processing.

My transcripts are saying “no record of return filed” so yes mine are blank too.

Just an FYI, I wouldn’t go by what TT gives you at as far as DD date. It automatically projects 3 weeks out from the day you were accepted. :0(

As of date means nothing as far as refund timing goes. Thats an irs bookmark date that shows the balance they owe you or you owe them.. you could get the refund before or after that date, and that date is subject to change.

I’m seeing a pattern here with all files with Turbo on January 25th. Yes, have all zero’s on the account Transcript.
This has to mean something i’m praying I have ERC as well as the child tax credit. I wonder if that’s the other Similarity between all of us and the same situation

From my experience and what I’m seeing , it takes 4 days to process state refunds . Mine was issued on the 30th and I just got mine this morning .

I filed yesterday with TT and mine have not been accepted yet. Never had a delay with HR Block. Always accepted right away.

Yep sure did. In December I got email from them saying someone made another account using my existing info. Also they got into my actual account. I literally called within seconds of seeing this and asked them to both secure my account/delete any secondary accounts. They did nothing to protect my info. It was too late and obviously this person took all my socials from previous returns listed on the HRblock account and filed, which rejected my return.

Frank, I have the same issue as Mona – yesterday (Friday) my account transcript tab was blank, today it shows “2023” but the Account balance, Accrued Interest/Pentalty, Exemptions, Adjusted Gross, Taxable Income, etc are all blank. The Filing Status is filled in correctly “Married Filed Joint” and has a “As of Date of Feb.12, 2024”

IDK what this all means. I filed January 12th and was accepted on Jan 18th.

Asked him for a copy of your return for your records. I would assume the information on the return should match what’s on file with the IRS.

Yesterday my account transcript was N/A. Only the wages transcript was showing. Today the account transcript shows 2023..All 00.0 and no cycle #. I didn’t think transcripts update on Saturday. Last year I was a weekly and had the actc .This year I made too much to qualify for the additional credits. Is it possible I am not a weekly this year?

thank you! When i filed my state i opted to have my state refund deposited into my CK acct, but I got a little worried when i looked at my state tax return and saw the same acct number thats on my federal return which is the SBTPG acct number.

I also filed 1/29 and mine also says no return filed, so I wouldn’t worry about that, it’s normal. Tax season had just opened that day and it takes a while to get around to everyone.

IRS 2 go might be a different concern. That usually comes up pretty quickly, for me it was the very next day. But everything has to exactly match the way it was on the tax return. Maybe just asking them to compare notes with you to check your information would be a friendly way to make sure.

I used a family friend to file on my behalf, but I can find no evidence it was actually filed. Irs2go just says “information doesn’t match”, if I log into the IRS website it says “Refund not processed” with no indication one was even submitted. It’s been 5 days. I’m not in a huge rush for it but I feel like in the past that, by now, I had something to go off of to be able to track it. The person said it was filed so I don’t really wanna contest them. Is the process just grossly bogged down this year?

Hey don’t worry. Mine took a couple days to let me know I was accepted too and usually when I file I get accepted by irs immediately. I think this year is weird because my transcripts showing that I didn’t even file but I have 1 bar on wmr. And on the hr block website it’s showing that I have never filed with them and I file with them every year for the past 5 years.. It should update soon

Can someone clarify some things for me, I feel like I’m losing my mind.

I filed on 1/15/24, accented 1/19/24.
I have 4 dependents. But only qualify for child tax credit. Due to making to much to claim EITC, and additional child tax.

I have one movement on both transcripts (I have the wage and income, but shows no return received) and wmr (shows one bar accepted) but have already received my state refund on 1/31/24.

I did not take the advance, and paid all fees upfront.

Everything is the same as last year. Except made a little more. But that’s it. I received my refund last year on 2/1/23. I have bounced from weekly to daily each tax year. So I don’t know what I could be.

Can anyone please help me ease my 500 tab scenario that keeps popping up in my head.

SBTPG only distributes your federal. Your state will be deposited from your state treasury (often before a federal deposit if claiming CTC, EIC or ACTC

does anyone know if SBTPG also receives state tax refunds or only federal? 1st time having to file a state return, and the state website updated this am to ” your return has been processed and refund issued please allow 1-2 weeks to receive” I’m just wondering if SBTPG will receive my state refund then send over to me or just my federal will go thru them. thanks in advance!

I wouldn’t pay attention to the as of dates. Mine also changed from 2/12 to 2/19 but it’s showing I filed a joint return with my ex husbands information on there as well and I filed head of household this year. So I think everything on there is pretty irrelevant at this point.

I woke up this morning and checked WMR and I now have 2 bars and a direct deposit date of 2/7. Which is odd to me as I have EIC on my Tax return. So what are my chances of actually getting it on 2/7?

@Lolojuju9 no one on PATH will get a DDD until it lifts. Everyone whose getting their deposits this week did/do not have EIC or ACTC. CTC does not put you on PATH, only the additional child credit and EIC does.
