My transcripts are all blank, except the bottom 2 have 2023, but no cycle code or anything. Filed TT and was accepted on 2-1, no advance but fees taken out of refund, still processing on WMR, no codes or anything on transcripts, my account says I need to verify my ID, but it says no letters or notifications.

I bank with Chime and always have the fees taken out of my refund. I haven’t received my refund yet this year but it has never been a problem in the past.

Directly from the IRS. There is no issue with the IRS chime isn’t messing with TPG. My guess we will all have to wait for a cashiers check to be issued from tpg.

OK, so I’m confused I went through turbotax. I’m a pather and had fees taken out of my refund. I have ADD of February 22nd.
Updated on WMR and my transcripts I use chime. I just saw above that somebody received their chime deposit. But others are saying that they’ve gotten notifications. That chime will refuse all Santa Barbara.
Deposits, what do we do if they rejected? Do we have the file all over again

@Me Same here, I gave my husband a deadline of 2/13 to get me all 3 of his w2s because I was certain we’d get a refund on or about 2/22 like every year. Not this time. But we’re seeing 2/14 filers with 2/22 DDDs this year. I hope we all get them a day or so later; I’m a daily.

I don’t understand how there are no codes on my transcripts, no record of a letter being sent, but it says I have to verify my ID. I hope it’s like some others I’ve seen on here where it disappears on its own. None of our info has changed in the last 4 years.

I filed and was accepted on 1/29. My federal return was JUST accepted with a DDD of 2/22. Not a pather. Definitely took about 2 weeks longer this year than previous years.

I’m sure it depends who you are banking with. I have received deposits on Saturday using accounts like Chime. If you had fees taken out of refund I wouldn’t expect anything until the 21st/22

I’m a Pather, like plenty of us are. Updated to DD date of 2/22/2024.

Do refunds happen on weekends? I’ve seen some listed as 2/22/2024 getting DD’s already.

I had same .I called and it said I had a offset .on payment ddd22 and it was paid . You will still get your deposit on time what ever is left after offset is taken from what I understand

Select the second prompt in the menu for a list of offsets. You have a non irs debt such as student loans, child support or states fee in arrears. That second prompt will tell you how much your refund is being reduced by and what agency is taking the money. You will see an update on your next transcript file update. You may not see this until after you’ve received a reduced amount as they often post to transcripts after you DDD

Chime is rejecting ALL payments from TPG. I’m so pissed 😡 I contacted chime numerous times to confirm this. I contacted turbo tax and they know nothing. Very upset!

My refund has been approved but according to wmr tool it says it could be offset by a federal debt. But when I call the top number it says that I have no debt listed. And on my transcripts I have the refund issued code and it’s my full refund. What do I need to do? My ddd is 2/22/24

I received my refund early yesterday after Path lifted, filed 2/6 though. But thought I would mention that my wage and income transcript still says no record of return filed. Just keep looking for the bottom left account transcript with codes, perhaps you are a daily updater this year.

@ Tiffany please post the notification you received. I haven’t heard or seen such information from Chime. That would literally affect thousands of their customers and I’ve never had an issue before.

Heyy did you need to submit any documents? It seems it’s for 2 different things this year. Some are getting ID verification and some need supporting documents for income and with holding. What was yours for and when did you submit documents if any? I’m a weekly updater too on transcript and nothing ad of now.

Have you checked you account transcripts ? Mine updated yesterday but my account transcripts updated first with 05 cycle I am a Friday weekly update and just got my DDD of 2/22 WMR didn’t update til today and around 12 to many people were checking transcripts so I had to wait til the evening to log into the irs site.

NO LETTERS! I’m a Pather, accepted 1/22, Eitc, Actc. WMR accepted til 1/27, then “Action Req’d, verify Identity”. Ironically, verifying thru ID.me doesn’t work, even though I’m established there. Transcripts are blank, no return filed. Agent states letter sent on 1/29. Nothing. I’m getting a tax advocate next week if no movement.

Didn’t check transcripts but WMR has been saying ID verify since being accepted. Filed 1/21 accepted 1/23 Never got a letter or anything. WMR updated today to DDD for 2/22. Im thinking there’s a difference between WMR ID verify and transcript ID verify.

Don’t think Chime would reject deposits from Sbtpg. An ACH deposit is an ACH deposit Chime doesn’t care where it comes from as long as the account info is correct. If something is rejected I imagine it would be on the sending end of the transaction due to account names and numbers not matching up?

Please don’t get excited. The deposit first goes to SBTPG. They take their fees but will not send an ACH until the listed IRS date listed. If your transcripts have a dd of 2/22 and you had fees taken out- expect it exactly on that date.

@MamaK ya I doubt it. It did say my funds will be loaded to my card. Then it changed to 2/22 so I’m sure we will see it that day or possibly 21st. But would be nice if it came today. Just my experience in the past with having fees taken out that the 3rd party banks hold the funds as long as possible.

Mine now says what yours does, that the funds should be loaded onto my emerald card and my tax season is now complete (paraphrasing). So maybe we’ll get lucky and have it later today, but I’m not holding my breath.

So I had to go back and check to see why everybody is so different! I’m enrolled in early paycheck for Capitol one, which is an option on your account.

If you go to your app, profile and then account features and settings, then go to early paycheck. Slide the button over and then you will be enrolled.

Option 2: is to call!

C.O. Always provides in 2 days prior in the afternoon around 1pm -4pm (the latest was 8pm)

I just needed to send my income verification like my w2s and 1099s my husband owns his own kitchen but we had major losses due to us having a baby and not being able to work as much. It switched from “being processed” to “still being processed,” which there has to be some reason for the switch. I’ve been daily unless something has changed. Hope something updates soon! Still have Tax Topic 152, so that’s a little hopeful. I file 2/10 every year and always get my refund with the first batch after path lifts.

No need to be concerned, that’s just the general processing message. I filed 2/9 no kids or path. There’s people that filed a week or 2 before that with the same thing for their transcripts. Until your transcripts update with any codes needing to verify it means they haven’t processed yours yet and if you are in the weekly cycle you will need to wait again til Next Friday like me for any possible updates.

I filed and was accepted 2/10. I have as of 3/4 as well. I normally have an early march as of date each year and get DD with the first round after path lifts. This I’m not sure what’s happening. “Still processing” on WMR – TT 152, only acct transcript shows 2023, but shows no return filed. Not notices or anything showing I need to verify. I do file joint, if my wife needed to do something would it show on both of our IRS accounts? Her WMR is the same as mine.

Same here, filed 2/1 accepted within 10 mins. Hr block, EIC and ACTC pather. Top two transcripts blank bottom two no return filed. Called treasury offset yesterday to find out I have an offset from state of Indiana but already got state refund last week so I’m confused???
