Who talked to IRS today and what is your status and response

ID verify as of today after talking to a rep. They put a flag on my account on the 31st and only just mailed a letter on the 14th like wth

That’s a generic answer that they are told to give people to get them off the phone. If nothing was being released until the 27th then why are PATHers already getting deposits?

I called again. I was told I’m held up until path act refunds are being released between 2/27 and 3/12 – not what I wanted to hear. Hoping for an update Friday night!

I spoke with a very nice man today named Frank, he told me that WMR was having issues, intermittent outages and glitches. While he did give me the standard company line of PATH refunds being held, he did tell me that if my refund wasn’t in my account BY the 27th, to call back. He also told me that banks have 5 days to make your deposit available in your account.

Spoke with the irs today they said that something trigger the system and stopped my processing but it was manually fixed today and I should see my refund this Friday
