I was told my funds are there and it is being processed. Once it’s done than my funds would be sent to me. He also said they are not holding anyone refunds. Due to it being a holiday for banks and so on they that would be the reason why we would not be getting out fund’s early. He also said he is not sure as to why Any tax products that use them does not tell anyone about the 39 dollar processing. He stated that they take out the fund and send it to you and whoever you chose to filed with. They are basically a third party between you and the tax company you used and or preparer.

Been waiting for my refund since May 4th. Reached to this folks by filling out 2 tickets which hqve both not been responded to. Called them twice and both times there was no response after holding for 1 hour to first time and 51 minutes the second time. Called turbo tqx and they told me to keep trying to call. Awful experience!!!

I get it we all want our money as early as possible. All we can do is wait. I mean they got our money. That have told us they got our money. But what are we going to do. Hound them until they decide they want to send it. I’m just saying I’m just as mad as you all are. But they are open tomorrow all we can do is call and see where they are in the process of getting our money to us. We are on the outside looking

They can claim their not holding them all they want, but people with same ddd of 2-24 who’s refund didn’t go thru them , have already received their refund. Most got them on Friday. Especially if they had chime, Varo, etc. and not a traditional bank. So it’s clear their holding. They could’ve sent them to us Friday!!

TT paid fees upfront but still went to SBTPG. Called, spoke with Marie, SBTPG rep, stated refund is pending but, they do NOT process on weekends or Holiday(Monday is one) earliest Tuesday to start processing, wont see my refund until day of or after. Im beyond pissed off! Plus being charged $40 for processing! My refund should have never went to SPTPG!

I did not know about a advance fee. That’s weird. Also he said it could be released early but they looking at the 24th.

I got the advance and that fee was still not disclosed as well to me. I read through all the fine print in the agreement I signed and no mention of an extra $40 on top of the fees they are already charging me. But I have read that TT is sending emails and refunds to people but only after they’ve have received their returns.

It’s not the $39 fee that’s the issue, we are all aware of the refund transfer fee. However a lot of people are being charged a secondary “1st refund transfer fee” of $40 on top of the other fee. That fee is reserved for people receiving the advance, yet people are being charged for it who never even applied for it.

Did they say they would be sending out the money on the 22nd or still going to wait till the 24th?
