      Has anyone updated to Path, but have no EIC or ACTC? I only have one child and have never qualified for the earned income credit, but got the path message today. Why?

          @ Stacey I called tax Slayer, this morning, and I did get the ACTC. All $37 of it. I have never gotten that before, but because they thought they were doing us a big favor by increasing the child tax credit to $2000 I now had the ACTC applied to my taxes. Because I don’t qualify for the full $2000 they gave me the ACTC credit of $37. I was so annoyed. My refund is delayed for $37. You should double check that the new tax laws haven’t affected you.

            I got that message today. I didn’t get eic or actc. I did have to file a schedule f for a farm and got other credits. Not sure what the message means, I’ve never had it before.
