      Checked the status this morning and this shows up…..Please read the following information related to your tax situation. You may need to provide additional information to receive your full refund.
      I already did the video call and verified with rep. And its been 2 weeks i still have not received a letter which i know can take 3 weeks. i just don’t understand why i have to verify so much this year nothing changed at all same job, same house, same dependents, and same income as i was on salary and we didn’t get raises this year.

          A lot of ID verifies are completely random, its not necessarily anything you did.
