Hey Everybody has anybody used Jackson Hewitt? I had an awful experience with H&R Block last year so I tried something different. I filed and was accepted on 1-30 so I just want an idea when I’ll have my money. None of this my “source” stuff. I got mine on the 22nd last year and I’m holding out hope I’ll receive it today. I’m thinking it may be a generic email as a heads up because of the delay this past week.

Republic tax payer website enter your info and it will tell u if they have received your refund and if your fees have been paid.

How do you check republic to see if your fees have been taken out? When I filed mine I was told I’d filed early enough to be in the first group of EITC filers to receive their refunds. Clearly he didn’t know what he was talking about or flat out lied. When I check the site it tells me I might have to wait until the 24th but I said the 21st yesterday. With the serve card is it usually on there shortly after midnight or just some random tims

I haven’t had to do taxes in the past couple of years due to my hubby taking care of me being on ssd. He worked last year for the first time in 4 years and we had to file this year. But previously we have always used jh and had no probs.

They said the ones that received their mo ey already was the first batch and the irs isn’t releasing again till monday. This is what the phone system said when i called the jh number. And yes i have the serve card and fees were already taken out of my state.

I’ve used them the last 11 years it’s pretty smooth. We always have our refund 2-4 days early so I’ll report back here once mine hits the card

I filed with JH, Direct deposit on The serve card. Filed 01/30. Both child credits. I don’t have access to my transcripts but everything seems normal on the wmr website.

Hopefully DD on the 26th!!!

Republic bank is also showing refund not received as of today.

@Tasha and @Samantha have ya’ll ever used JW before? I just wanted to know how the process goes and when ya’ll think you’ll get your money. Every year I say I won’t get annoyed or frustrated and every year I’m right back here. I guess it’s the waiting and not knowing. I’m really looking forward to buying some things for my 3 year old. That’s what is frustrating me.

Okay good so I’m not losing my mind! Yesterday mine said some people might have to wait until the 21st and now it says the 24th but I was thinking maybe I had read it wrong. Yes, sadly I had mine put on the serve card. I still don’t have a DDD how do I go about checking Republic Bank? Thanks for all the help everybody. Hopefully we receive ours soon. I was hoping for today but looks like that won’t happen.

Did you use the serve card?
You can start checking the republic bank website when they take their fees you will get your money shortly after

Now I’m mad. The past couple weeks it said the 21st for deposits on the jh site now its saying the 26th. Ugh
