      Is anyone here familiar with bypass refund offsets? I already have a tax advocate and my transcript just updated last night after having to fax 1095a form. I have already provided hardship docs to advocate. She called yesterday and said she was just waiting for the return to post so she could then intervene.

      Well transcript updated last night with 846 code and a 150 date of 3/23. It also shows the offset for prior year owed. From what I read in manual we have until the Thurs before the 150 date to enter the BPO. Any help or input?

          No other offsets. Just the fed tax owed. I have to paper file 2018 as well and I am owed a refund on it as well. I told my advocate I need this refund now for past due mortgage and car payments. Been very sick with diagnosis since 2019. Then they can keep the 2018 refund since it’s going to take so long to process.

            As long as you don’t have any other offsets it should go through.
