[Just wondering]

So I filed with freetaxusa for the first time. Did anyone else and if so did you receive yours ?? I dont think I seen none saying they used them I’m getting a little worried now.

Just received mine around 5 this morning with chime . Thank you and I pray everyone will receive theirs next. See you next year same place and same time .

I use freetaxusa every year. (About 6 years now) Never any issues
Haven’t received mine yet but it will come. I’ll update if I do. Did showing 2/26

Yes that is what I meant, had the fee for state taken out of my federal. I think the middleman is SBBTPG according to Angie’s comment.

You used your federal to pay for state? If that’s what you mean I did the same thing but really I’m on other forums and dont see none saying anything about freetaxusa

I had the fee for my state taken out too. Mine is going to my bank. I found out that it should still be tomorrow for the deposit. Freetaxusa said the refund goes to the temp account at freetaxusa then they take out the fee and deposit the remainder the same day. We shall see…

Also I called the Santa Barbara tax products group which is the middle man used by them that deposit refunds once fees are taken out. They told me that the fees were taken out and my refund was sent to my account and to expect it tonight and no later than tomorrow. Smh

I used freetaxusa, have used them for the last 4 years. I haven’t had a problem BEFORE but my California refund “requires additional time” for processing this year. My federal was approved and should be here tomorrow tho YAY! I’m a little bit irritated with the state return but I think it’s totally on the Franchise Tax Board, not freetaxusa.

I filed with them too. Still have not received my refund very disappointing first time in ten yrs I didn’t use taxact
