      Is there any connection when it comes to refunds for state and federal? Like if federal wants to do an audit or ID verify, will that hold up your state refund? I filed my state (ohio) on the 8th and ALREADY have a processed for deposit date of the 9th. That’s so freaking fast, it was hard to believe when I saw it. Does this hopefully mean things will be okay with my federal?

          State is completely separate from federal. If you are being audited by federal it will not have an effect on when your state return comes back unless the state finds something you messed up on the state return portion.
