Hi, I filed my 2017 taxes Jan 14th 2018. It was excepted by IRS on Jan 19th. Said I would receive refund Feb 17th. That didn’t happen was sent a off set letter stating that refund was sent to pay husband child support. I didn’t file injured spouce because he has had no income since 2010 due to nervous breakdown. Has PTSD. Called irs and they received form has been processing since March 23rd. So said today was 45 days and should have money direct deposit on 5/8 since filed direct deposit. They also put in referral for tax advocate due to facing eviction. Does anyone know if this sounds right.
