All transcripts showing but have code 570 for my refund.
Doesn’t show why it is pending. Possibly some verification needed.
No change in WMR…still processing with 1 bar.

Does anyone else thing that this infamous “570” code we are all getting for $0.00-3/4/24. Have anything to do with the CTC that was passed by congress? Now corrrect me if I’m wrong but if you received a “570” and do not have have dependents please let me know but I think this what the hold up might be!!

971 then 570 with same dates means adjustment (your refund amount changed) and should update. 570 then 971 with different dates (your refund amount did not change) means a hold and may not update as quickly.

What was your WMR saying today? Mine was IiD verify blah blah for a week or so and overnight went to Tax Topic 152 or normal and transcripts are saying 570 and 971 which I think is just a normal delay thing . I checked and no letter coming under my dashboard @IRsSite

I am a weekly pather and my transcripts did not update. I too have the 570 code and called the IRS who informed me that I had a letter sent 2 days ago and it can take an additional 60 days. Last time this code appeared 6 years ago on my records I filed in February and did not get my refund until August. Good luck everyone

@Makimac Mine did the same this year. Last week I had 570 and yesterday it changed to 971. Did you ever get the notice and how long did it take to arrive?

My transcripts updated today with a code 570, never had that before. Did anyone have their code 570 resolved with or without action on your part?

Same here smh i dont know why, last year i had it too but then it change to 571 within a week

My ref7nd was accepted on 1/22/2024 as part of a test batch. Originally, transcript had a 2/12 as of date with mo amount showing at all. Then on the 9th, finally had the amount showing of my refund with the as of date, the 26th. Code 570,l.

Hello!! My Transcript was not available until this morning, Also Code 570 Additional action Pending!! No notice and the amount is 0.00
I have new dependent this year on my TAX Return.

Don’t worry too much, small delay may not even notice the delay. Had it once, it rectified itself and cleared two days later. Stay on top of it though

Freeze would be 810 and indicates your return was selected for examination (audit) with transaction code 424.

570 is just a review. It could be something as small as a math error that the IRS corrects themselves.

I believe 570 means there was a freeze on your refund. They usually send out something for verification.
