Cannot find info?

Filed HH on 1/24, accepted had 1 bar up until about a week ago, then it says info could not be found in system. However if you have from HH and put Single on WMR it says refund is processing? Anyone having this issue?

  I have been getting the same message for going on two weeks. Just like you posted I had a bar, then it went away.
  
  I tried changing from HOH to single, as someone in the thread mentioned, and then it says being processed.
  
  Is there a number to actually talk to someone at the IRS? I tried automated, said it could find me, and to call back in a week; I did and still can’t get a real person.

  Hello, I filed with TaxSlayer and was accepted on 1/22. Mine is saying the same message as yours. Wish I know what was going on.
