ACA form/Letter 12c

Hello Everyone. I was told my 12c letter went out on 2/2. Its been over a week and still haven’t recvd. I have all the documents ready to fax but I haven’t recvd my letter yet. I see from this forum that letters usually only take a few days to receive. Has anyone had any luck that faxed without the letter? Also I am in NC, does anyone know whats the fax number for NC? I also found out that some people didn’t receive there letter until a month later. I so hope that’s not the case for mine. I am trying to decide do I fax without letter or at the two week mark if I still haven’t received Ill possibly try TAS. This is crazy!!! I don’t understand why they need the letter if they have your social to input missing info. Info requested should go by social not batch number. That’s just a way to make us wait longer.

Noel- I have the same timeline as you. Your WMR states-Your return as been received and is being reviewed” or Your return as been received and is being PROCESSED”? While I talk to IRS lady and she said my return was on hold. They have all my information they need and just waiting on DD. I do see 03/06/17 on my transcript for return due date so maybe it will be release on that day IDK.

Jan 24th – I filed my taxes

Jan 24th – Accepted the same day.

Feb 6th – Received my 12C letter asking to fax or mail my 1095A and my 8962 form (think that’s what its called).

Feb 7th – Faxed over info.

Feb 15th – I called IRS rep asking if they have received my fax. She said they received it on Feb 15. (Said it could take anywhere from 4 to six weeks for refund)

Feb 16th – I was able to order both Account and Tax return transcripts. (Have yet to receive them in the mail yet.)

Feb 18th – WMR updated with. “Your return as been received and is being reviewed”

Sure hope I get my refund soon. Has anyone else received their refund earlier than the projected 4 to 6 week time frame they give you?
