Filed tax return with IS form on February 1st. Called 3 weeks ago after getting tired of no updates and they said my return was still being worked and that they would put in a 30 day referral.
Called back today just to check the status and they said it was still being worked with no refund date yet! There was apparently a note in my file that referenced the referral, but somehow it was never submitted?! They apparently put in another referral today – for whatever that’s worth! Longest…wait…ever!

I filed 2/10 also still waiting. Last month i got transfered to is dept and the guy looking at my acct said it was done but the guy never actually finished it so he sent the guy a notice. I called on 6/14 and was told a manual refund request was submitted and to allow 2 weeks. Called today and was told it was put in the system on 6/20 and to allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing. I guess 20 weeks wasnt long enough.
